Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS), Mumbai, established in 1936, is a deemed-to-be university offering various PG, doctoral, integrated, certificate, and online in Social Work, Rural Development and other similar fields. TISS offers educational programmes approved by Academic Council of TISS-SVE in association with industries to train students.

Montfort Academy is in the process of commencing B. Voc in Automobile in collaboration with TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences), a deemed university at Mumbai.

Under the Work Integrated Training Programme, TISS-SVE offers courses currently beginning with Diploma course and leading to Bachelor of Vocational Degree (B. Voc). This course allows the students who have completed 12th standard or equivalent to join directly at NSQF Level 5 based on their academic achievements.
