Member of international religious congregation 'Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel'. Qualified and trained in the field of technical education, academics and is a certified counsellor. Has been working and heading technical institutions since 15 years in different states. With a leadership role at various capacities, versatile experience in counselling, and dealing with youth, has helped to build better careers for youth. Currently rendering services as Director & Principal of Montfort Academy (Corlim - Goa). Passion and commitment has been the driving force to explore innovative ways to create a new path towards Joy of Learning and Wholesome growth of youth.

A certified counsellor with knowledge and experience of career guidance and personal counselling. Acquired six years of experience working as a student counsellor in Goa. Has been guiding and counselling orphans, destitute, abandoned children, migrants, school and college students as well as parents and other adults. Enjoys working with adolescents and youth in coping with personal/behavioural issues, helping them grow emotionally and psychologically and assisting them with career choices.

Qualified and trained in the field of Psychology and Sociology. Also hold a PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling and is well versed as a certified counsellor. Has had experience with motivating and guiding students and parents of Kendriya Vidyalaya for the last 6 years and is currently also working with college students with personal and behavioural issues. Conducts workshops for adults, teenagers, parents, teachers as well as destitute. Envisions to motivate potential clients to spark and brighten their careers.

A school teacher by profession and a counsellor by passion. Has been practicing as a counsellor since 2014. Yoga practitioner since the age of 9, A National level Certified Yoga instructor since 2015 and  with the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India since 2017. Believes in a holistic approach towards mind management. Worked in Child Protection Services with the Kent County Council, UK. Holds qulaifications in B.A. Economics, B.Ed, M.A. Social Work, M.A. English, Certified Yoga Instructor with the Art of Living (2015), Certified Yoga Instructor with the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India (2017).

Founder of the UK Therapeutic Centre (Isle of Wight, England) and Transformind (Goa, India) Shalini has extensive practitioner experience in counselling psychotherapy, providing behavioural therapy to children and families, within the education and social services department. She has worked as an independent therapist, trainer and consultant using cognitive behavioural techniques (humanistic neuro-linguistic psychology) and creative arts methods (art, drama, sand, play & music) with children and adults. Her therapeutic practice spans over thirty years during which she has been helping individuals, couples, groups and families with emotional, psychological and behavioural problems.

Psychological Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Group Facilitator, Trainer and visiting faculty to different psycho-spiritual renewal centres in India. Over 18 years’ experience as a skills trainer for students, teachers and NGOs in different parts of India, 18years as counsellor and therapist for individuals, couples and groups. Associate trainer / staff and psychological counsellor at Montfort College from 2006 to 2012.  Has worked in the areas of Anxiety disorders, OCD, panic attack, depression, relationship issues, Couple issues, Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia, Child sexual abuse, Loss and Grief work, low self-esteem, pre-marital counselling et to name a few.

Rev. Bro. Jaico Gervasis is the Provincial Superior and the Chairman of Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel, Province of Pune. An excellent educator, mentor and a towering leader, he has also been rendering the yeomen services in the field of education for the last 4 decades imparting the quality and a holistic education. A great teacher and a mathematician who have tutored wholeheartedly, nurtured the youth to be a finer human beings. His deep rooted faith in Christ and gospel values motivated him to help out necessitous and marginalize through education. His charismatic personality, simplicity and innovative thinking has been his trade mark.

Holds a Master's degree in Management Studies and a teaching experience of over 7 years. Has been working with the youth and young adults helping them shape their future. Worked on projects that focused on building skill set for the community. As a qualified and certified counsellor has the ability to provide individual counselling and has a strong sense of integrity when dealing with clients. Has a zeal for building a resilient society through good mental  health.

Motivated and well qualified Student Counsellor and a Pre-School Teacher, who works closely with students as a supportive advisor through the challenges of an educational environment. Adept at managing a complex caseload and providing high-quality academic social and emotional support for students. Also, specializes in the supervision of Special children, Students with disabilities and their

needs, providing support to the parents of the same under the professional guidance. Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds. Holds a M.Sc. in Human Development (Home Science) and Diploma in Guidance and Counselling.

Qualified and trained counsellor, currently working with a hospital. Has completed PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from Nirmala Institute. Has been working with adults, teenagers, school children and also as a frontline worker during the COVID pandemic counselling COVID patients under the initiatives of Ministry of Ayush (Govt. Of India). Masters the ability to operate within a wide range of behavioural personalities and backgrounds.

A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology & PGD in Guidance & Counseling, Ayesha has worked in rehabilitation, counseling and teaching special children, youth, adults and families. Has an experience of counseling in various institutions in Goa & Bangalore. Has worked as an Asst. Professor in Psychology in Bangalore. She has conducted workshops, awareness programs and lectures on mental health to guide young minds. Is a full time mom and pursuing a yoga instructor course to help understand the benefits of yoga in facilitating psychological interventions. She strongly believes in providing children & youth with loving environments and holistic development in reaching their full potential.

Seasoned library professional with a Masters degree in Library and Information Science (MLISc.) and currently employed at Goa University since 2019. She's an eager and adaptive learner who's quick to grasp new concepts. Above all, she's a reliable team worker who's capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Having recently cleared SET(State Eligiblity Test) she aims to use her skills to serve her community better and widen her opportunities.

Senior Branding, Marketing & Communications Professional - with a decade of experience, working with some of the best new-gen brands with strategies relevant for 2020 & beyond. Has previously led growth & development roles for renowned homegrown brands in the country. Most recently positioned as the Group Head (Marketing) to lead marketing activities for a multi-branch finance firm and resorts of a multi-business venture. Has previously led as AVP (Branding & Communications) in one of Gujarat’s best and dynamically growing university. Has handled branding campaigns for regional, national and international markets (Asia, Middle East & Africa).

Rev. Brother Shajan Antony is the Correspondent & Principal of the prestigious Little Flower High School, based in Hyderabad, since more than half century. An excellent educator and a trainer as education convener of the province is appreciable.  His leadership skills has escorted laurels to the institutions. His quality of resilience and hardworking nature has led to success in teaching field. His team at Little flower had done an incredible service to the most needy & vulnerable sections of the society during the unprecedented lockdowns due to Covid – 19. The constant striving to help & serve the people in need speaks volumes of outgoing nature.
