Montfort Academy Corlim, Goa, celebrated its 24th Annual Day on 9th February 2024 with grandeur and enthusiasm. The Chief guest of the day Rev.Fr.Peter Melo Fernandes the Rector of All India Mission Seminary, Pilargraced the occasion.Other special dignitaries present were Ms.Laureen Sequeira,the PSI of Old Goa police station, Mrs.Freeda Eyma Po ,the Sarpanch of village panchayat Corlim and Rev.Bro.Chandy Thottiyil,the Director of St.Josephs Boys Home Calangute.The function began with a formal inauguration by lighting the lamp and the prayer dance. Bro.Prem Sg, the Director & Principal of Montfort Academy welcomed the dignitaries on the dais.Chief guest ,special guests and management shared inspiring thoughts and messages .The highlight of the evening was the mesmerising performance of our students ranging from dance, music to drama/skit/mime. The logo of the silver jubilee was unveiled by the dignitaries and official launch of CBSE school was also done .Bro.Prem Sg. the Director and Principal of Montfort Academy explained to the audience about the concept of Schooling,Skilling andSports. The event also provided a platform to acknowledge the achievements of our students in academics, sports and extra curricular activities. The event showcased the diverse talents and achievements of our students making it a memorable evening for all. Annual day celebration was not only a showcase of talents but also a collective effort of entire team of Montfort Academy.
